Receive merchandise where it arrives
Mobile Managers Receiving Module offers all the functionality required to easily
receive merchandise into your store. Take the portable device to the back
room or the receiving dock and scan material into inventory. The bar code
scanner ensures accuracy as the user receives merchandise. If the item is not
in file the
user is immediately notified so they can add the item on the spot.
This prevents items from making it to your store shelves or registers without being
entered into your point of sale database.
How do I receive material?
When merchandise arrives at your store you must enter
the information into your point of sale database to keep your inventory accurate.
The Quickbooks Point of Sale system uses a receiving voucher to record these transactions.
Mobile Manager seamlessly integrates with the point of sale system and automatically creates and submits these documents as part of the receiving process.

Select Action -> Receive
Scan a barcode - enter the quantiy received - send the receiving info to point of
sale
That is all there is to it! Scan bar codes, enter
a quantity and send the information to the Quickbooks Point of Sale database. What
could be easier? Your inventory
is immediately updated and the merchandise is ready to be stocked and sold on store
shelves.
