By taking an accurate inventory users can identify theft, avoid out of stocks and identify low selling items.

Item Maintenance allows the user to change the attributes of an item with the mobile device; price, cost, description, vendor and many other attributes can be changed. These changes are immediately applied to the QBPOS system. Need a new shelf or item tag, just print one from the mobile device.

Providing a way to scan and receive items at a place that is convenient to the user, means the job will get done. Items that do not scan can be added during the receiving process insuring they will scan at the checkout. Compare the receiving total amount to the vendor invoice amount to make sure all items were received properly and costs are correct.
